Faisal Alomari

I’m Faisal — the founder of CreativeSoul, a US-based custom software development agency. I started this practice in 2024 after a contract CRM project for Mansour Glass grew into something bigger than a one-off build, and I realized there was a real gap between “cheap freelance work that falls apart in six months” and “enterprise agencies that charge six figures for a WordPress site.”

Since then, I’ve shipped production software for 20+ founders, agencies, and small businesses. Real stuff that runs in production, handles real revenue, and doesn’t break when the first hundred users show up. No pitch decks, no “innovation theater” — just code that works.

My core stack is full-stack TypeScript (React, Next.js, Node) with Python for AI and data work. I spend most of my time on three kinds of projects: AI-powered tools and LLM integrations, custom B2B systems like CRMs and internal dashboards, and MVPs for founders who need to get to first customers fast. A few recent builds: an end-to-end B2B CRM with AI-powered lead generation and call summaries, a Gemini-based product scanner that auto-generates eBay listings from a photo, and a BestBuy price-tracking iOS app that monitors drops on past purchases.

I started CreativeSoul because most agencies treat clients as transactions. They grind through a sprint, hand off a deliverable, and move on. I treat every project as a chance to build something genuinely useful — whether that’s an AI tool that saves someone ten hours a week, or a custom CRM that replaces $500/month in SaaS subscriptions with something tailored to how your team actually works.

The way I run things is pretty simple: senior US-based engineers only, no offshore handoffs to people who have never used your product, fixed-price scopes so you know what you’re paying before we start, and weekly demos so you see progress instead of Gantt charts.
